1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KalamKids mobile application ("App") or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and KalamKids.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Accounts are intended for parents or legal guardians to manage their children's access to the educational content. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Parental Consent

By creating an account and adding child profiles, you certify that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child/children and you consent to the collection and use of their information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Our App offers subscription plans (monthly or yearly). Subscriptions are managed directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Payment will be charged to your App Store/Play Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's Account Settings.

5. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings or by visiting our Account Deletion page. Deleting your account will permanently remove all parent and child profiles, progress, and data.Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription if purchased via an app store. You must cancel the subscription separately.

6. Educational Disclaimer

KalamKids is designed to be a supplementary educational tool. It is not a substitute for formal education or professional language instruction. We do not guarantee fluency or specific learning outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to hack the App. The App is for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by email.
