Account Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time. You can delete your account directly within the KalamKids mobile app settings, or by submitting the form below.

What happens when you delete your account?

• All parent profile information (email, password) is permanently removed.
• All child profiles, learning progress, voice data, and gamification rewards are permanently permanently removed.
• This action cannot be undone.

Important: Subscriptions

Please note that deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription if it was purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must cancel your subscription separately in your device's subscription settings to avoid future charges.

Timeline

Once you submit a request, we will verify your email address. Upon verification, your data will be queued for deletion and will be completely removed from our systems within 30 days.
